BASIC RETURN POLICY
Within 15 days of delivery, you may return products purchased from Kinky and Dazzle. This is provided the product you have recieved is not a custom made item or is an adult novelty item that has been opened. ( MORE details below)
The Merchandise that is sold on our site is in new condition with original packaging and accessories unless otherwise stated. All Returned merchandise is subjest to a 15% restocking fee. If you are returning a non-defecticve product, you may pay the return shipping fees. No refunds or exchanges on items that packaging has been opened and cannot be resold as new. Customized merchandise and custom outfits are nonreturnable and nonrefundable product. Customized merchandise returned by the customer will be sent back at the customers expence.
ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
1. Original packing (manufacturer’s box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
2. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPS code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
removal of the UPC code voids voids any possibility of return regardless of the RMA or credit request status
3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) See RMA conditions below.
4. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

RETURNS MUST MEET ALL APPLICABLE CRITERIA
*If you returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed. It will be rejected by our returns department and returned back to you at the customers expense. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified and any credit requests will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions.
* Returns must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via faster, more expensive shipper, you will incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.
*Returns must be complete
*If your return is not complete, it will be rejected by our returns department and returned back to you at the customer expence.
ADULT NOVELTIES
PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with the Federal Health Codes, ALL intamate apparel, novelties, adult toys and marital aids are NOT RETURNABLE! The only exceptions are manufacturer’s defects. and must be reported with in 48 hours of reciept of items.
NOVELTIES
Adult toys and marital aids are sold as novelty items only. Seller will not accept returns or exchanges on novelty items. Battery operated and A.C. powered products are individually tested prior to shipping. This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery. This policy also protects our employees from handling or exposing themselves to unsanitary conditions or potential STD’s. Seller makes no representation fo warranty of any kind, nature or implied with respect to the merchandise, the use of or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer holds harmless the seller for any liability.
HALLOWEEN COSTUMES
Halloween costumes are non-refundable after October 10th. Returns of costumes that smell of smoke, body odor or are without Original packaging will NOT be accepted at any time and will be returned to the purchaser at their cost.
