All orders are discreetly shipped in plain packaging with K &D listed as the shipper(not kinky and dazzle). You can shop our online store 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express and Discover online through our secure server. Charges will discreetly appear on your credit card statement as K & D Designs. Sizing
Most items offered are “one size fits most” what we’ve found after 15 years in the clothing business is that this doesn’t accurately fit the needs of our customers. Because everyone is different, most of our styles are offered in one size fits most. But when possible we will offer Small, Medium or Large and in some cases we can offer plus sizes. Most of our items are designed to fit snugly. If you are in-between sizes or prefer a looser fit order the larger size. We strive to have the item descibed to the best of our knowledge but if you have doubt please do not hesitate to contact us. And if you have a specific question, please click on “contact us” to email us your question. We’re happy to try and help you find the best fit for your purchases and answer your questions.

In addition, we check the validity of every order. We only ship to the address that matches the address on file for the account you’re using. That means that even if someone else used your card or account, the merchandise would only go to you, not them. That helps reinforce that only the rightful person will place the order, because it won’t benefit anyone else to order from us.

To help make sure that the person placing the order is actually physically holding the credit card, we ask for the verification number printed on the card itself. If we receive an order with wrong name or address information on it, we void the order. By calling in to verify the information, the credit card company obtains the name/address of whoever it is that is placing the order with that card, making them aware of the personal information of any unauthorized person using your card.

If there is another address you’d prefer we ship to, please add that address to your credit card by contacting the bank that issued the card (you’ll find their phone number on the back of your credit card). Your credit card statement will still go to your primary address as always, but adding the other address will help guarantee that your card is being used by you and no one else.

Making a Purchase

To purchase: Shop online using our shopping system, when you’re ready to finalize your purchase, select checkout. You can make any final adjustments during the checkout process. You can also send us any special instructions with your order. Please enter your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Please make sure to fill out all the information requested completely and accurately, otherwise your order may be delayed or not go through at all. We do call to verify your information. This helps stop international fraudulent use of stolen cards.

We only ship to the registered cardholder’s address on record for the account used. For your protection, we do verify every order to help prevent fraud. If your billing information doesn’t match the information on file for the account being used, we will void the order. So, please be sure to give us the your exact billing address and phone number as it appears on your credit card statement to help prevent delays or unintentionally voiding your order.

International Orders

At this time we do not accept international orders.

Shipping

We ship using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS

Orders shipped within Michigan are taxable.

Delivery Time

Your order will be shipped in 1-5 day’s depending on what time of day you place your order. Please allow approximately 1 week for delivery. If any delays we will contact you with how long of delay and you will decide to wait on back orders or cancel order for full refund.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it to us within 10 days of receiving your order for a FULL REFUND, merchandise credit or exchange, subject to the following:

Returns

Return Policy
Most items purchased from KINKY AND DAZZLE may be exchanged or returned within 10 business days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable.

Please note, for health reasons, we do not exchange nor accept returns on panties or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care. Costumes and Discount-Clearance Category items are not returnable. NOVELTY TOYS ARE NOT RETUNABLE!

Exchanges for alternate sizes and products can be made using the same return form. If exchange product is of greater value original payment method will be debited the difference. If exchange product is of lesser value the payment method will be credited the difference. Exchange products will not incrue any additional shipping fees to the customer for the exchange products shipment to them.

Returns will not be accepted without a completed Return Form included in the package . Please make a copy of the return form for your records. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend returns be sent either insured or with delivery confirmation. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item(s).
