Return Policy for Apparel


Halloween Return Policies
Halloween Costumes, Merchandise and Accessories –  Halloween Costumes and Accessories may be returned or exchanged subject to our standard return policy until October 17th, 2008.  Any Halloween Costumes or accessories received by us after October 17th is “Final Sale” and will be refused.   All Halloween merchandise sold before the 17th must be returned and at our warehouse by the 17th within the standard return policy.   If you need to exchange your costume  for a different available size (in the same style you purchased), you will be required to contact us via email before shipping your Halloween costume – this is to insure that we have the size you wish to exchange.  Any Halloween costumes sent back to us without our authorization will be refused and shipped back to you.   All Halloween merchandise that  is purchased for use with the costumes, including shoes, are subject to the above stated policies.
If you find the need to return an item, please read the following and contact us at kinkyanddazzle@gmail.com for a return order #.  You must have a return order # prior to returning your merchandise.  Please email us for any questions or concerns on our policies.  We will be able to handle your request or questions promptly. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Your business is very important to us.
All returns must be received within 21 days of original purchase.  Hosiery may be returned as long as the package is NOT opened.  Any lingerie items that include panties, g-strings, or thongs cannot be returned due to health regulations.
All clothing must be unworn and have original tags in place. **We cannot accept returns smelling of smoke or perfume.**
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Any cancelled orders after it has been placed are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.  This is to ensure our low prices we offer and to keep costs down.
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. In most cases, it appears in one billing cycle.  You may call your credit card holder to verify funds have been credited to your account for faster verification.
Special offers may be subject to a reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.
Refused packages by the buyer returned to us are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This includes items returned without a Return Authorization #.
Any package which has been marked for return without a return order # will not be accepted.  Insufficient addresses provided that result in a return back to us are subject to re-shipping fee.

Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, please consider placing a new order online.  This will ensure faster delivery for the exchange item.  Once the return exchange item(s) are received, we will refund your credit card.

For Poles, we are unable to accept returns of non-faulty goods that have been opened.  Any package that has been opened is not available to be returned.

Sorry, we cannot refund any cost of sending it back to us, but then a street shop wouldn’t refund your bus fare!

In order to qualify for a cash refund, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt of your item that you wish to make a return, and then dispatch the Return to us within 10 days of your notification.  There will be a 15% Restocking Fee.

If you notify us after 10 days that you wish to make a Return, or fail to dispatch any Return to us within 21 days of any notification, then any Refund or Exchange is at our discretion, and limited to an exchange of equal value or store credit.
Lil’ Mynx Poles :
Exchange only for defective Lil’ Mynx dance poles. See warranty. No returns. All exchanges must be in original packaging.
Unopened dvds may be returned for the cost of the item plus taxes.
Unworn clothing may be exchanged for a size change.  All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We ship USPS, Fedex, and UPS.  However, our primary shipping company is USPS.   Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.  If your item is in stock, we usually ship within 24 hours during the business week excluding Holidays.  This is not a guarantee due to high volume order days or periods such as Holidays, and high demand times for the merchandise we carry.  Footwear and Dance Poles are in some cases  shipped directly from the distributor and may take up to 3 business days for your merchandise to ship.  In most cases, they ship promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. We Do carry some stock and can always call for more information.
International Shipping:
Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Your country’s customs department can hold your package for any length of time.  We have no control or knowledge.  We cannot be responsible for your country’s custom’s rules or regulations.   Please realize before ordering that this can extend the length of your delivery time.  All packages sent non Global Express will not have a tracking #.  Although, this may be a less expensive shipping option, we cannot be held responsible for lost or hung up packages.  Please contact us to purchase additional insurances, certification of mailing, or any other options via email to kinkyanddazzle@gmail.com.  This is an option that has to be requested and is not automatic.

Back Orders
We stock a large inventory of our products to ensure prompt delivery.  In the unfortunate event we are sold out of an item, we will ship it as soon as it is available.  You will not be charged extra shipping on backorder items.   Please contact us immediately if you do not want to complete the backorder process.

Discreet Shipping
We understand the privacy of our customers.  We do not include our name on our packaging.

Sales Tax
Kinky and Dazzele will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders within Michigan 6% sales tax
